The developers intend to combine the 2 sites with a neighbouring site of 11 Institution Hill, which houses a project named Institution Ville.
The 3 sites when combined will have a total site area of 14,300 square feet.
As the three sites have a plot ratio of 2.8, the new residential development on the eventual amalgamated site will have a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 40,040 square feet.
