Victory Land acquires residential site at 1C Evelyn Road for $18.25 million
Evelyn Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Victory Land Pte Ltd, has purchased a residential site at 1C Evelyn Road at $18.25 million. The area of the purchased site is 9,873 square feet.
After factoring bonus balcony GFA, the price would translate to $1,363psf ppr (price per square feet per plot ratio).
The land site currently houses a 2-Storey detached house with an apartment unit joined to it. Under the 2019 URA Master Plan, the land plot has a plot ratio of 2.8, which allows to the developer to build a residential building up to 36 Storey high.
The project will eventually be named Enchante, and comprise of 25 apartments.
