Roxy-Pacific associate acquires a 999-year leasehold residential site for S$23m
Mequity Hills Pte Ltd, which is a indirect subsidiary of Roxy-Pacific, has bought residential site at 11 Institution Hill at $23 million. The land area of 11 Institution Hill, which is the site of the 5-unit Institution Ville, is 5,539 square feet.
Mequity Hills had earlier purchased the two sites of 10A and 10B Institution Hill for $33.6 million in February 2021.
The developer will combine the 3 sites of 10A, 10B and 11 Institution Hill and develop a residential project of 72 units.
